Policy design and implementation
Comprehensive child protection policy support for organisations seeking to build and enhance their child protection measures.
Having a child protection policy is crucial for any organisation. It sets out clear principles, standards and guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people, defining expectations for appropriate behaviour and providing procedures for responding to concerns.

A well-implemented policy protects children and supports your staff and volunteers by giving them a clear framework for their safeguarding responsibilities, helping to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
The importance of a child protection policy

Customised policy framework
We offer a Child Protection Policy Framework that addresses your unique organisational community, beliefs and culture. Our customised policy framework is divided into three sections:

Section One: Policy
The policy document defines the overarching principles relating to all facets of child protection.

Section Two: Procedures
The procedures document outlines the processes and systems used to implement the Policy.

Section Three: Safe Practices
The Safe Practices document describes the behaviours and practices expected of all adults when relating to and working with children/youth.
Having a solid child protection policy is a great start, but what's even more important is putting it into action, turning it into a culture, so that protecting children is a part of how you do things every day.
We don't just hand you a document and walk away. We work alongside you to embed child protection into the everyday culture of your organisation.
We provide hands-on support to ensure effective implementation of child protection practices to create a culture where child protection is evident.
Policy implementation support

Our Child Protection Policy, Procedures and Safe practices were developed in consultation with us. They were tailored specifically for what happens now with children in our care and will continue to provide guidance and protection for what our church may be involved with in the future.

Various reasons may prompt the need for an existing policy to be reviewed and updated. Our team will conduct a thorough analysis to ensure your policy is up-to-date, effective and aligns with the latest standards in child protection.

We provide insights, recommendations, and suggestions to improve and strengthen your commitment to creating a safe environment for children.
Existing policy review

The purpose of an audit is to assess the effectiveness of current policies, practices and overall organisational culture that have been put in place to ensure the safety, wellbeing and protection of children involved with or impacted by the organisation.

We provide a report that identifies the organisation's commitment to child protection, highlights areas that require improvement, and offers recommendations for the continuous development of child protection measures.
