Linda Bayliss
With extensive experience in child-focused environments, including teaching, youth work, cross-cultural leadership, and child protection, I have consistently prioritised creating safe spaces where children can thrive.
In my role as the Child Safety Coordinator for an international non-profit, I developed and implemented comprehensive child protection policies, led impactful training sessions, managed reports and inquiries, established robust screening processes, and delivered prevention programs and seminars.
These initiatives have been instrumental in fostering a culture of safety and accountability. I am dedicated to continuously enhancing my knowledge and practices to provide the highest standard of care and protection for children and youth.
Qualified in the NZ Diploma in Child Protection and the Harvard X Children’s Rights in Theory and Practice course.
My primary focus is now on empowering organisations, adults and parents with skills, resources and knowledge necessary to safeguard children and help them flourish in a secure environment. I am committed to advocating for the rights and dignity of every child.

Malcolm Bayliss
With over 40 years of experience working with, supporting, and mentoring young people in both New Zealand and South East Asia, I have gained profound insights into the devastating impact of abuse on the lives of children, their relationships, and their families. This has equipped me with the knowledge and understanding needed to advocate effectively for child protection.
Qualified in the NZ Diploma in Child Protection and the Harvard X Children's Rights in Theory and Practice course, both of which have greatly strengthened my commitment to the safety and well-being of children.
I am passionate about creating safer environments for children by raising child protection awareness within organisations and families.
My goal is to empower them with the resources and knowledge needed to make their homes, communities, and organisations secure and nurturing spaces for children.
